How fast is the estimate?
Our goal is to send an initial estimate within a few business hours for eligible projects once we have complete address details and usable aerial measurements. Complexity or after-hours requests may take longer.
Is it the final price?
No. It is a preliminary, non-binding estimate. We confirm roof conditions, scope, access and materials in person before issuing the final price.
Do I have to schedule a home visit to get started?
Not for an eligible preliminary estimate. We schedule the site visit after you indicate that the initial scope and budget are worth pursuing.
Can you estimate roof leaks or rejuvenation remotely?
Sometimes we can give a rough indication, but diagnosing active leaks and assessing shingle suitability often requires a physical inspection. We will be clear when a satellite estimate is insufficient.
